VACCINE IN MARYLAND BY MID-MONTH

Lieutenant Governor Boyd Rutherford says Maryland may get a small amount of a coronavirus vaccine by mid-December. During yesterday’s Board of Public Works meeting, Rutherford noted health care workers will get the vaccine first, followed by those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Not everyone will be able to get the vaccine initially; the Lieutenant Governor says when it is available to the general public, possibly by spring, they should get it.
