Juli R. McCoy will become the new Executive Director of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, effective January 4th. The Chamber’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to hire Ms. McCoy during its annual meeting, held yesterday. She had been associated with the County United Way since 2014, and also serves as Board Secretary for the Allegany County Local Homelessness Coalition, a member of the NAACP Community Relations Board and a member of the John Humbird Community School Advisory Committee. She resides in the Frostburg area with her husband and their three daughters.
