LaVale resident Destinie Brook Smith has been arrested in connection with a burglary and CDS incident, stemming from June of this year. She unlawfully entered a First Street residence and was also found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and CDS paraphernalia. She received a District Court hearing, and was released on personal recognizance, pending trial.
