Garrett County residents Timothy Ross, Debbie Lancaster, and Henry Sines all face charges in connection with an incident on Bumble Bee Road, in what State Police call a drug deal gone bad. Sines was dragged alongside a van, when the drug transaction was interrupted; he was later taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment. Timothy Ross was charged with attempted second-degree murder, assault and other charges; he was held without bond. Ms. Lancaster faces numerous drug-related counts, while the victim-Henry Sines-faces numerous drug-related charges and was held on $5,000 bond.
