BALTIMORE MAYOR SUSPENDING INDOOR, OUTDOOR DINING

Newly inaugurated Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott is banning both indoor and outdoor dining in the city, effective tomorrow evening. Last month, Baltimore launched a tourism advertising campaign, using $5 million in coronavirus relief money; some restaurant owners say the money could have been put to better use bailing out restaurants. However, Mayor Scott said the Baltimore Development Corporation  is planning to provide an additional $6 million in rants for troubled restaurants.
