The city of Cumberland is soliciting for Community Development Block Grant Project Requests for the 2021 Annual Action Plan, which begins on July 1st. The city will be receiving approximately $750,000 in CDBG funds this coming year. Project requests must meet one of three national objectives, dealing with low-income individuals, be of an urgent and otherwise non-refundable need, or address slum and/or blight.
