Twenty-seven-year-old Mountain Lake Park resident Tyler Ray Fink was arrested when Garrett County deputies stopped a dirt bike along “A” Street late last week. A search revealed a quantity of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia, as well as traffic violations. He received a District Court hearing there, and was later released on his own recognizance.
