Cumberland resident Debra Linaburg was served a criminal summons following a December investigation by City Police, for a violation of a court order. Officers applied for charges in District Court. She was charged with failure to comply with a peace order. She was served with the criminal summons and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
