Cumberland resident Shane Lee Williams was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond, following his arrest on a charge of second-degree assault. He is accused of grabbing and shoving a woman to the ground at a Greene Street residence on Monday. Her injuries were consistent with the assault, and Williams was arrested. He received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
