It looks as if Cumberland will hold its annual Groundhog Day celebration, but no Hooley Pub Crawl this year. Mayor Ray Morriss will preside over the Groundhog Day festivities, and Western Maryland Murray, the groundhog, will be in Cumberland on February 2nd. The Hooley Pub Crawl will not be returning this year, at least not in a capacity formally organized by the Downtown Development Commission.
