RESTAURANTS TO STAY OPEN PAST 10 P.M. BEGINNING MONDAY

Maryland’s bars and restaurants will be able to stay open past 10 p.m., effective Monday. Governor Larry Hogan issued an executive order yesterday and cited positive coronavirus metrics as the reason to lift the restriction. Indoor capacity in restaurants will remain capped at 50 per cent. Local restrictions will remain in place. The Governor also announced another $30 million has been allocated to state relief for food service establishments, couple with $50 million, announced in October.
