Thirty-one-year-old Michael Emerson Resh is being held without bond, following an incident in the 600-block of Hilltop Drive. Resh allegedly kicked in the door to a residence, then locked a female victim inside a room there. He was found hiding in the attic of the home; Resh was in possession of an amount of suspected heroin and CDS paraphernalia. He received an initial appearance before being taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
