The Allegany County Health Department and UPMC-Western Maryland have announced the launch of an online COVID-19 Vaccine Interest Form, available to all county residents. The purpose is to allow residents to submit their name, age, email address and phone number, so that, when Allegany County reaches their priority group and the vaccine is available, either the hospital or the health department can contact them to schedule a vaccine appointment.
