Baltimore resident Brian Kelvin Reddy was released on an unsecured $10,000 bond, following his arrest Friday in the 400-block of Columbia Street. A positive K-9 alert and search of his vehicle revealed several items of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia; a search at police headquarters yielded suspected heroin, fentanyl, and a sum of money on him. He received a District Court hearing, before being released.
