Keyser resident Shane Matthew Hott was arrested late last week and charged with the theft of a motor vehicle in Garrett County. Hott allegedly stole a motor vehicle with a firearm inside. A Maryland State Police K-9 Unit traced Hott to the 5000-block of Bittinger Road. Hott was arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft, unauthorized use, and driving on a revoked license.
