Somerset County resident Richard Mostoller was killed early Sunday morning in a crash on Chickentown Road, south of Stadium Drive in Somerset Township. Mostoller’s vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened around 1:30 a.m. The Pennsylvania State Police are continuing the investigation.
