Thirty-five-year-old Jessica Durham was arrested in connection with a February 3rd incident that happened on Virginia Avenue. She was charged with three counts of second-degree assault and two counts of reckless endangerment. She received an initial appearance in District Court and was released on $3500 unsecured bond.
