Green Spring resident Justin Haskell Day was arrested Monday on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court in December on a charge of driving on a suspended license. On that charge, he was released on personal recognizance. Day was also served with a criminal summons in connection with an incident in April of last year. he created a disturbance in the 600-block of Greene Street and allegedly assaulted another man. He was served that summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
