Thirty-six-year-old Randy Alexander Serafin was charged with second-degree assault, following an incident at the end of January in the 900-block of Gay Street. Serafin allegedly assaulted another person and fled the scene. He was later located and served a criminal summons. He received a District Court hearing, and was released, pending trial.
