The West Virginia Division of Highways says there will be continued delays on Route 28, north of Springfield. Work is continuing on the South Branch Valley Railroad bridge over Route 28, which is about a third of a mile north of the intersection with Springfield Depot Road. Work should be completed in approximately two months, but that is weather dependent.
