The Allegany County Commissioners have committed $3,000 for the annual Hooley Plunge, in honor of the late Dr. Sean McCagh. This year, the Plunge will take place on October 23rd at Rocky Gap State Park. Dr. McCagh started the fundraiser 17 years ago. The county is also providing a link on its website, to make donations to the Hooley Plunge.
