HOGAN SIGNS RELIEF BILL

Governor Larry Hogan has signed a $1.5 billion COVID-19 stimulus bill, which includes stimulus payments of up to $750 for 400,000 low-income Marylanders who qualify for the state’s Earned Income Tax Credit. The bill also includes $300 million in aid to small business. And, about 39,000 Marylanders will benefit from a one-time payment for those who applied for unemployment, but who have not had their claims approved.
