Summary citations issued Somerset County District Attorney Jeff Thomas for disorderly conduct incidents have been resolved. The citations were issued in October, after Thomas had reportedly engaged in a verbal altercation with local restaurant owners over an issue with his daughter’s birthday. Since then, the citations have been resolved by all parties. Thomas has also made a monetary donation to a local charity that helps local restaurant workers during the current pandemic.
