Governor Larry Hogan has submitted an over $1.5 billion supplemental budget, including support for school reopening and food assistance. The request includes $931 million in funding for local school systems in support of safe reopening, $434 million for the SNAP program and the Pandemic EBT Program, and $128 million for the Child Care Scholarship Program. There are also provisions for local health departments and a million dollars for the Maryland Housing Counseling Fund.
