Thirty-year-old Holly Knieriem, of Mount Savage, was charged with several drug-counts and DUI-related traffic charges, following an incident in the 500-block of Fectig Avenue late Sunday afternoon. A suspicious person complaint led police to Ms. Knieriem who was walking in the area. She had been operating her vehicle, when it was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Police found an amount of controlled dangerous substances on her. She received a District Court appearance, and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
