Thirty-three-year-old Shana Marie Stansberry was charged with attempted first and second-degree murder and other counts, following an incident early yesterday morning. The victim was leaving Ms. Stansberry’s home in the 800-block of Cecil Street, when she allegedly fired a shot in their direction. Police recovered a spent shell casing and the handgun, and she was arrested. The victim did not require medical attention.
