The Allegany County Narcotics Task Force arrested Bethany Marie Rafferty this past weekend on Interstate 68 near Flintstone, and she’s being held without bail on drug charges. She had been the subject of a CDS investigation for the distribution and sales of fentanyl in the Allegany County area. She was found to be in possession of a large amount of fentanyl, with an approximate street value of over $7,000. She was charged after making an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
