Baltimore resident Edward Samuel Maxfield is being held without bond, following his arrest Monday in the 200-block of Virginia Avenue. Maxfield had been the subject of a CDS investigation in the distribution and sales of fentanyl in the Allegany County area. He was found to be in possession of fentanyl, buprenorphine, CDS packaging materials and cash.
