An unidentified 27-year-old man was killed Wednesday in a worksite accident in Preston County. A worker at Grant County Mulch, near Hazleton, he fell into a piece of machinery and was killed. Both the Preston County Sheriff’s Department and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating.
