Cumberland resident Aaron Devone Manning is being held without bond, following a burglary and assault incident on February 25th on Spring Street. Manning is accused of entering a residence there, and assaulting a female. Following his arrest, he received a District Court hearing and was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
