Forty-one-year-old Melissa Dawn Bailey, who was indicted by a federal grand jury in February, was arraigned Friday on drug distribution charges. She is accused of three counts of distribution of methamphetamine in Grant County in June of 2020. If convicted she faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to a million dollars.
