Coronavirus spread continues to drop statewide and hospitalizations are showing improvement. Hospitalizations are down by 26 to 792 across Maryland, the lowest point since November. The state confirmed 716 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. In addition to that, eight more Marylanders have died from the virus, bringing the state’s death toll to more than seven-thousand-750. The statewide test positivity rate remains the same as Sunday at three-point-36 percent.
