MOST BUSINESS RESTRICTIONS TO BE LIFTED

Effective Friday at 5 p.m., capacity limits are going away at most Maryland establishments. Retail establishments, gyms, barbershops and indoor recreational facilities will be able to reopen for full capacity. Capacity limits for indoor and outdoor dining are also being retired, but capacity will be limited by spacing requirements. Larger venues, such as concert halls, theaters, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards, will be limited to 50 per cent capacity. Governor Hogan also announced that a state-run, mass vaccination site for Western Maryland will open March 25th at the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, a week ahead of schedule.
