Despite some falling poll numbers, Governor Larry Hogan still enjoys strong support across Maryland. A new Goucher College Poll shows Hogan has a 65-percent approval rating among Maryland voters while 25-percent disapprove. That support has fallen six-percent since last October, but is on par with his 62-percent approval rating this time last year. The poll also found 48-percent approve of the job the Maryland General Assembly is doing, over 60-percent say Maryland is heading in the right direction and nearly half identify COVID-19 as the most important issue facing Maryland today.
