A former County Executive in Anne Arundel County has passed away. Robert ‘Bob’ Pascal served the role from 1975-through-1982. Governor Larry Hogan called him a ‘respected public servant’ and said that he and First Lady Yumi are deeply saddened by his passing. Pascal was 86-years old.
