Fifty-five-year-old Ridgeley resident Rita Arlene Wagner was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order, following a disturbance at a Greene Street convenience store on Sunday. She has been told several times by police to lower her voice and stop causing a disturbance. She stepped outside with officers but continued to create a disturbance. She was arrested, charged, issued criminal citations and later released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
