Oakland residents Bodine Jean Kelly and Matthew Norman Swapp face drug charges, following a traffic stop on Interstate 68 near Grantsville on Wednesday evening. A K-9 unit alerted officers to the presence of drugs. A quantity of heroin and drug paraphernalia were found. Both were arrested and charged. Both were later released after appearing at a District Court bond hearing.
