A business associate of Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby says he has received a federal grand jury subpoena related to the criminal investigation into Mosby and his wife, State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby. Accountant Micah Wainwright confirmed that he has received the subpoena and has provided the documents called for. Wainwright was listed as the registered agent for Mosby’s now-closed consulting company, Monumental Squared LLC. The federal government is probing into the finances of the local power couple, and there have been calls for Mosby to resign from the Council President’s seat.
