STATE PASSES GRIM COVID-19 MILESTONE

As state health officials are reporting more than a thousand new COVID cases for the fourth consecutive day, Maryland is passing a grim milestone.  The state passed 400-thousand cases of COVID since the start of the pandemic.  There were 1,007 new cases Sunday, with the state averaging 907 cases per day over the past 14 days.  Twelve more people died of coronavirus-related issues, bringing the death toll to 7,985.
