Meyersdale resident Wayne Mathew Baughman was held on $10,000 bond after he was found slumped behind the wheel of his car Tuesday in the area of Park Street. He told officers he was only resting, but when he gave police permission to search his car, they found a quantity of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was charged, and received a District Court hearing, before being remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
