Cumberland resident Anthony Michael Vassallo was issued two criminal citations on Saturday. Vassallo was first seen, allegedly trying to gain entry into vehicles in the Goethe Street area. He was found inside the cemetery near there, digging dirt with his hands and pulling weeds. He was issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct. Later, officers were called to the downtown Cumberland Mall area, for the report of a man traying to get into an unoccupied Cumberland City Police marked cruiser. He was issued another criminal citation for tampering with a motor vehicle.
