Frostburg State University is reporting 19 new COVID cases on campus for the last week. This represents only a .59 positivity rate, it is, however, the largest number of cases recorded in a one-week period since November. The University’s testing protocol has been expanded so that all eligible students and employees will now test twice every week. The testing data will be posted and sent out every Tuesday during the semester.
