CATHOLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS TO RECEIVE BONUS

Baltimore-area Catholic school teachers will see a bit more money in their paychecks. Catholic school officials say they are rewarding teachers for their work with in-person learning during the pandemic. The Baltimore-area Catholic schools are among a few of the schools that returned to in-class learning during the pandemic. Jim Sellinger, the chancellor of the Catholic Schools, said generous benefactors have made it possible for the teachers to get the bonus. The exact amount of the gift is being shared personally among more than two-thousand employees who have remained on the job through the pandemic.
