Maryland health officials are urging residents to continue getting tested for COVID-19. Jon Weinstein, director of the COVID-19 Testing Task Force, says testing is still an integral part of stopping the spread, even though people have turned their attention to vaccines. He says case numbers are starting to increase and the positivity rate has risen over five-percent.
