A second child died Friday, as a result of what police term a murder-suicide in Moorefield, West Virginia. Thirty-eight-year-old Brandi Baker shot her 9-month-old child and another child early Thursday evening, before turning the gun on herself. Ms. Baker and the infant were pronounced dead, while the second child was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, but passed away on Friday.
