Thirty-five-year-old Richard Sensbuagh of Claysburg has been arrested, and accused of a raping a five-year-old girl. The child’s mother contacted Pennsylvania State Police after she discovered a video on his phone that showed him sexually assaulting the girl while she was sleeping. After being confronted about the video, he fled but was taken into custody shortly after a foot pursuit. He is being held on $200,000 bail, and has a preliminary hearing set for April 15th.
