State lawmakers have approved a sweeping police reform bill with veto-proof majorities. The package repeals the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights, sets use of force policy, and allows many police disciplinary records to be subject to public review. A spokesman for Governor Larry Hogan says the Governor will review the measure.
