The Cumberland City Police Department is investigating a report of possible gunshots fired in the 200-block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Cumberland Wednesday evening. Officers spoke with several neighbors, reviewed surveillance footage, and canvassed the area on foot, looking for any evidence of a shooting. No victims or injuries were located. The Police Department is actively investigating this complaint and is asking for the community’s help. If anyone has information, they are urged to call the Police Department at (301)-777-1600.
