Following a second call, 34-year-old Tara Crawford was arrested by Cumberland City Police, after a disturbance on Bedford Street Wednesday. The owner of the property told police that Ms. Crawford was asked to leave; she later returned, and police found her, allegedly creating a disturbance. She was charged with disturbing the peace and failure to obey a lawful order. She was later released on criminal citations, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
