The next phase of the Industrial Boulevard Bridge project began last night. Northbound traffic will now move to the southbound side of the bridge. The switch is expected to be completed by this morning. This phase is part of the bridge deck replacement project, which is expected to be completed by next summer. The new traffic pattern will also require a detour of westbound Second Street traffic, between Oak Street and Industrial Boulevard, which will be diverted to Third Street.
